square foot manufacturing facility is located in Grand
Rapids Michigan, the heart of American office furniture
manufacturing. Our proximity to the local material suppliers
and vendor support network is a critical component of our
quick responsiveness and flexibility.
Technology
We use information technology to
manage data from order entry through distribution including:
full ERP system, CAD/CAM,
Panel Optimization, 3D Parametric Product Design, Data
Collection, and Unique Product Labeling.
We have also made
our product catalogs available to our customers electronically
in both CAP and Design Express format.
During manufacturing,
we utilize: variable panel dimension laminating, CNC Panel
Sawing, CNC Machining, CNC Edgebanding,
Contour Edgebanding and both RTA and Glue & Dowel Case
Assembly. |
